10 STEPS TO BUILDING
Plan
This is where your dream starts. Together, we define your goals, budget, and vision. You’ll choose your lot, design your home, and make the big decisions that shape your future build.
Permit
We handle the permitting process for you. Our in-house team submits plans and coordinates with local building departments to keep everything on track and up to code.
Survey
Before we break ground, we survey the land. This confirms property lines, setbacks, and ensures your home sits exactly where it should on the lot.
DIRT
Site preparation begins. Trees are cleared, land is leveled, and the site is prepped for construction. Underground utilities may also be roughed in at this stage.
Fountdation
We pour the foundation, typically monolithic slab or stem wall and then the mason’s block up the home. This is the base and must be perfectly level and strong as can be.
Frame
Roof and trusses form the skeleton of the structure, walls go up and your home starts to take shape. The outline of rooms becomes visible and the vision of your home emerges.
TRADES (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Before insulation and drywall, the trades start their work. This includes Heating Ventilation Air Condition ductwork, plumbing lines, and electrical wiring, all inspected before moving forward.
INTERIOR FINISHES
Now it is getting exciting! Walls, paint, cabinets, countertops, and flooring are installed. Your home begins to look and feel like the space you design.
EXTERIOR FINISHES
We complete the outer shell: stucco, siding, roofing, and exterior paint. Windows and doors are finalized, making your home beautiful and protected from the elements.
LANDSCAPING
The finishing touch irrigation, plants, trees and sod are added to boost curb appeal and make your outdoor space truly welcoming.
