During the first year that you live in your new home, it will be totally covered under our in house warranty program. This is similar to a bumper to bumper warranty on a car, everything is covered! At year two, the Maverick 2-10 Warranty begins, this is when the 3rd party company takes over. While most builders stop there, we offer up to an additional five year appliance warranty package. Up until your homes 10th birthday, it will have a third party structural warranty in place to insure that you won’t have to worry about your homes integrity.
